Do I need an account?

No account is needed to send an enquiry from the English or Japanese interface.

Can I enquire about several products?

Yes. Add products to your enquiry list, choose model options where available and enter the required quantities. You can edit or remove items before submitting.

Which currency is displayed?

All displayed prices are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). This interface does not process online orders or payments. We will confirm the final quotation and payment arrangements with you.

Can you deliver to my country?

Enter the destination country in your enquiry. Delivery availability, freight, taxes and lead time will be confirmed individually.

I cannot find the exact model.

Send the complete part number, quantity and requirements through the enquiry form. Do not substitute a similar model without checking compatibility.
