Enquiry and quotation

Choose products, add quantities to the enquiry list and send your contact details and requirements. We will review the request and confirm the complete quotation. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or take payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in TWD. Final price, tax treatment, payment method and any applicable fees must be confirmed before an order is agreed. English and Japanese pages have no online checkout.

Delivery

Provide the destination country and required delivery date. Available shipping methods, freight charges and lead time depend on the destination and confirmed product availability. Domestic Taiwan checkout fees do not automatically apply to international enquiries.

Product sourcing

Depending on the item, sourcing may involve manufacturers, authorized distributors or established stock suppliers. Please state any traceability or approval requirements in your enquiry.
