Returns and support

If you have a delivery, damage or product issue, contact ivy@jetscg.com with your order reference, part number, quantity, a description of the issue and relevant photographs.

Keep the product, accessories and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Please contact us before returning, repairing or modifying an item so that the appropriate handling can be arranged.

Return arrangements depend on the agreed order conditions, the product and applicable law. Your statutory rights are not excluded by this page. Enquiry submissions themselves do not create paid orders.
